What are the shipping costs?
In the Netherlands there's free shipping over a 100 Euro's. Abroad an amount is calculated based on your location.

When will my order be delivered?
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Our packages are usually picked up by PostNL every other day. As soon as the package has left our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail. Your package will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days in the Netherlands. Abroad the delivery is subject to local carriers.

Didn't receive an Order Confirmation or Track & Trace code? Maybe it ended up in your spam box. You will receive the Track & Trace code as soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier, this is on working days within 24 hours after placing an order.
